We stand behind our products. Our 14-day, no-questions-asked return policy allows you to return your purchase for a full refund. Return shipping costs will also be covered by us.

Return your product within 14 days of delivery for a refund. You can do this either online at https://trustworthmetals.com/ or at any trustworthmetals showroom in India.
Returned items must be accompanied by the original packaging, bill, and any applicable product certificates. A deduction of ₹500 will be applied for missing original product certificates or invoices.
Please note that the following products are non-returnable: gold coins, gold bars, silver coins, silver bars, gift vouchers, gift cards, digital gift cards, customized ornaments, gold nose pins, and loose gemstones.
hen returning an item purchased with a discount or free gift, the value of the discount or gift will be deducted from your refund. You also have the option to return the free gift.

To cancel your order, go to your Order History in the My Account section of the trustworthmetals website or app.
For added convenience, you can cancel your order by emailing your consent from your registered email address to [ trustworth@gmail.com].
We're unable to cancel orders once they've been shipped. After your cancellation is confirmed, we'll send you an email, and your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that this cancellation policy does not apply to customized ornaments, gold/silver coins and bars, or gift vouchers/cards (including digital).
Return Procedure:
To return a product for a refund, exchange, or buyback, please follow these steps:
Easily request a return or exchange by visiting your Order History in the My Account section of the trustworthmetals website or app and selecting the items you wish to return.
Please pack the jewelry carefully in its original packaging and the tamper-proof packet we provided. Include the original bill and any certificates. Remember, the tamper-proof packet cannot be reopened once sealed.
Our courier will usually pick up your return within 1-3 business days.
We recommend noting down the courier airway bill number for future tracking.

We will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting your returned product. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Purchases made with a Gift Card/Digital Gift Card will be refunded to the same card, or a new card of equal value will be provided.
